Community education
Since 2000 Begawan’s education program has been at the heart of its community development efforts. The Foundation currently provides competitive after-school education, six days a week, for children from Melinggih Kelod Village.
Funds donated to the Begawan Guru education programme will be earmarked for teaching materials and educational activities, student transport, as well as supporting maintenance, cooking, utilities, and salaries for all facilitators.
